Refund policy

All our floral arrangements and bouquets are freshly prepared and packed with utmost care to ensure they reach you in the best possible condition. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all orders are considered final once delivered.

In the event of an incorrect order or damage to the flowers during delivery, please notify us within 2 hours of delivery along with clear photographs of the product. Upon verification, we will provide a refund only in the form of store credit, which will be issued within 3 working days.

The store credit issued will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue and can be redeemed on future purchases made through our website. No monetary refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Minor variations in flower type, colour, or arrangement due to seasonal availability, as well as delivery delays caused by third-party delivery partners, shall not be eligible for refunds or store credit.
